I would like the quick hierarchy to remember the most recently selected types,
and to reselect a type if it has been opened through the hierarchy recently.
This would help when exploring a type but always accessing it through a
supertype reference.

Currently when opening the hierarchy, the default selection is the current type,
which also makes sense, since it allows me to follow the hierarchy up or down
from the current type using the UP and DOWN arrow keys. The requested feature
should therefore be configurable thru the view menu.
