3.1M1. If I go into the plugin.xml manifest editor, click on Extensions, 
select one of the extensions (for example org.eclipse.ui.editorActions) or one 
of the subitems underneath it (for example editorContributions), right click 
on the item and select Copy and then right click and select Paste nothing 
happens. No beeps, no new items added, no error message.

I'm trying to use this to duplicate an existing item but it's not working. I 
would expect it to work within the same plugin.xml, and between two different 
ones (i.e., let me copy something from another plugin.xml and paste into this 
one).
