Build 2001-12-19

After moving to the new build, open on selection (F3 and F4) no longer work on 
types in external JAR files in my workspace.  I migrated from the previous build 
by copying all binary plugins over top of my existing workspace plugins 
directory.  For types in the JAR files that got replaced, open on selection no 
longer works.  I cannot reproduce from a clean workspace in the 12-19 build.  I 
can make my workspace available for investigation if needed.
