When adding on TabPage "Classpath" at Run or Project-Properties a new enty, this
should not appended at the end, if there is an entry selected within the list.
It should then be inserted after the selected one. It is very anoying to move a
new jar from bottom 10 times after it is at the needed position.

note that the library list where you have the 'add' buttons is alphabetically
ordered. The 'order' page is the only page showing to order. 
The change is not trivial and I prefer to leave it as the new behaviour wouldn't
be obvious.

Moving to debug for considering doing the fix in the launch confog class path

But on Run-Options it is differnt. There you order the jars not in seperate Tab.

Already fixed in 3.1
