When a single line is toggled (Ctrl-/), it would be nice if the UI advanced to
the next line.  There are many times when I am reading multiple java code lines
(but should probably be available anywhere the toggle comment works) and
deciding a line at a time whether I want to toggle the comment status of the line.

Not per default but having such a feature makes sense e.g. in combination with
arrow_up/down while Toggle Comment key sequence is pressed (similar to move
lines command).

Marking as later since it's not planned for 3.1.
