we should show at least the same information as user's get for resources

partially fixed by returning FilePropertySource and ResourcePropertySource when 
the JavaElement has an underlying resource.

We should provide more information for IMembers

IMO all the information is already presented in the Java element itself 
(signature plus icon plus decoration).
