Problem Description: Select the SB project in the C/C++ projects view, click Run
> Debug As > C Local Application. Select CDB Server on the first panel and press
OK, the second panel displays, with English strings on both panels. 

The Strings in English are: "Launch Debug Configuration Selection", "Choose a
debug configuration to debug", "Launch Failed", "No Symbol "Invalid" in current
context."

See the attached screenshots.  If these strings have been externalized,
translation deployment might be the problem.
