Build 20011211

- open org.eclipse.ui.actions.DeleteResourceAction (with the changes which went 
into 20011211)
- select the DeleteProjectDialog member class and hit F4
- the hierarchy just shows DeleteProjectDialog, and none of its supertypes
- all its supertypes except Object are in the same project (org.eclipse.ui)
