When creating a new managed build project, the Additional Project Settings page 
has an Indexer tab that, when pressed, brings up a description which is too 
long for the page. The text should wrap around. If you just expand the dialog 
to accommodate the longer text, or try to resize the dialog in High Contrst 
Large setting, then High Contrast fails. To set high contrast, if your shortcut 
shift+alt+printScreen isn't enabled, go to control panel->accessibility 
options -> Display.

PR was not targeted to any particular release. Changing target milestone to 2.1

Fixed in head and 2.0. Cut down on the description string to mirror what the 
other tabs say.
