Create a new plugin project
note that when the plugin.xml opens the name is correct
click on a tab other than overview
close the editor
reopen the editor
the editor tab will read "Plug-in Manifest Editor"
click on the overview tab
the editor tab will be updated properly

It looks like the tab is only being updated in certain cases.
