I have Eclipse setup to build automatically on a save, but every 5th to 10th 
time I do a save, half of the projects in my workspace get the error:

  The project cannot be built until its prerequisite com.xxx.xxx is built.  
Cleaning and building all projects is recommended.

I have about a 100 projects in my workspace, so cleaning and rebuilding 
everything takes a very long time.  This is causing me to waste tons of time.

RC1.  When are you guys going to provide a field to specify this upon bug 
submission?

Does an update classpath on all projects of your workspace fixes the problem?
If it does not, then perhaps a close/restart of eclipse does?

It turns out I can't do an upate classpath on all projects in my workspace 
since my workspace contains 2.1 projects.  If I do, then Eclipse replaces 
entries in .classpath with "org.eclipse.pde.core.requiredPlugins", and this 
prevents some of the other dependent plugin's from working.

And restarting Eclipse definitely does not fix anything.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
