Rename refactoring moves the cursor/ file away from where I was working.

Eclipse is entirely too eager to move the cursor/ position under its control 
and not good enough to let me see/ navigate the cursor myself.

(unreadable horizontal tabs, non-usable 'back' button, 10 - 14 files open). 
Finding my work position again is excessively expensive and it is not 
satisfactory for Eclipse to move this.
