When the content assist pop-up is activate near the bottom of the screen the
bottom portion of the pop-up is not visible. I would expect that the pop-up
would adjust for the screen size. 

The workaround is to open the outlint instead so that you can browse the method
name. I'll attach a screen shot.

I cannot reproduce this using 3.0 M9
Do you have multi-screen setup?
Can you provide a concrete example where it happens?
