1. Open some xml file with some big headings
2. Resize the view so you get a scrollbar such that a large portion of the view
must be scrolled to see it
3. Jump up and down on the scrollbar

Notice that some headings suddenly disappear!

These heading widgets are not SWT widgets - moving to PDE UI.
