The "Folding" vertical ruler context menu misses "Collapse" and "Expand" submenu
entries. They would mainly be interesting to reveal their keybindings.

Re. comment 0: valid request, the main reason for not implementing it was time
constraints and a missing "setPositionOfLastMouseActivity" method on
ProjectionRuler...

Hm, Collapse and Expand for a single folding region is still missing!

Has to be shifted to 3.3.
