Currently the Java editor provides a good set of templates. I suggest adding at least 6 additional JavaDoc templates which should be used instead of the and tags because they stand for a more structure oriented coding and delegate the design issue to the formatting CSS. {$coursor} {$coursor}
The _presentational/physical_ elements , and , still allowed in XHTML 1.x (Strict, too), will be removed in XHTML 2.0. Supporting that new standard as early as possible should be not a problem, using the _structural/logical_ elements , , and
you will ensure some "backwards compatibility". In my opinion using presentational tags is "Ugh!", structural tags are "Yummy!".
