Description Marc CLA 2004-05-07 12:28:52 EDT
When saving a java file, no build is triggered. This require to make manually a
clean and a build project. This is really a nightmare
Comment 1 Philipe Mulet CLA 2004-05-07 15:45:11 EDT
Pls provide steps to reproduce, and build number. Then reopen.
Comment 2 Marc CLA 2004-05-07 15:48:24 EDT
Version: 3.0.0
Build id: 200403261517

Nothing special to do, just edit a file and save it. Nothing happens although it
should be compiled and the different views updated
Comment 3 Philipe Mulet CLA 2004-05-07 15:51:01 EDT
I have never seen this issue. Without better steps, will close.
It works fine in latest integration build.

If you can still reproduce it, and then are able to provide steps, then reopen
again.
Comment 4 Marc CLA 2004-05-07 16:13:07 EDT
Minimal way to the problem
- new java project
- new java class
- save the java file
- no .class has been generated in the output folder
Comment 5 Olivier Thomann CLA 2004-05-07 16:45:05 EDT
Are you sure the auto build is on?
Comment 6 Philipe Mulet CLA 2004-05-07 17:57:01 EDT
Can you reproduce in latest ?
Comment 7 Marc CLA 2004-05-10 05:07:41 EDT
The auto build was off. Now it seems to be ok. Sorry for the work. May the
installation of Hyades have caused so what?
Comment 8 Philipe Mulet CLA 2004-05-10 07:58:08 EDT
I remember at some point the platform preferences becoming weird, and losing
some state.
