For consistency (e.g. for filtering in Search view), LocalVariableReferenceMatch
should offer the same queries as FieldReferenceMatch:
isReadAccess(), isWriteAccess(), and isInsideDocComment().

Added isReadAccess(), isWriteAccess(), and isInsideDocComment() on 
LocalVariableReferenceMatch, and changed the constructor to take the 3 
additional parameters.
