Our project (GNU Classpath, http://www.classpath.org/)
has a predefined coding standard.  We'd like to be able
to set things up so that if someone checks out classpath
as an eclipse project, the editor and compiler settings
for the project are properly configured according to
our guidelines.  I couldn't find a way to do this, hence
the PR.
