Build 20011105

- with Show Hierarchy when type opened enabled,
- Open Type / org.eclipse.jface.Action
- it takes a while, then the Hierarchy view shows the following top-level 
entries, with all entries fully expanded:

AbstractAction
ActionStandin
Object
  Action
Presentation

Also, if you click on ActionStandin, it shows synthetic methods
access$000(ActionStandin) and this$0.
Not sure if this is only possible due to the other bug.
