Horizontal Tabs

Add an option to provide horizontal tabs on the properties view.

The EEF provides by default the vertical tabs. It's good to have horizontal tabs also.

It's up to the user selection. By default, it would be vertical tabs. From workspace preferences selection the properties view should be rendered.
