Screen shots, from install to problematic sub-process UI

Creating a Plugin-Project with default settings, and then doing "Launch an Eclipse application" starts up the application with only a few UI elements visible.

The UI elements seems to be there, and working, they are just invisible.

This happens on macOS 14.3.1 and 14.3 (two different machines) with Apple Silicon.

I recently moved from Intel macOS where all this has worked fine for decades.

The problem also happens when starting a debug session. It also happens if using one of the Plug-in templates to populate the project.

I tried the same steps on macOS 12 and macOS 13 VMs, without any problems. So, the bug seems specific to macOS Sonoma 14, on Apple Silicon (ARM64).
