Eclipse Logo - upside down

Build id: 20230608-1333

Platform: 
Apple MacBook Pro
16-inch, 2021
macOS: 14.0

After upgrading to the latest MacOS, the Eclipse Logo appears upside down.  And I don't mean rotated by 180 degrees, the image has been flipped about the X-axis, so no rotation can fix it.

This occurs after selecting the workspace and before the full Eclipse IDE window appears.
