Details with Screenshots

I have been working with Pranay Mishra from Adobe on this issue (pranaym@adobe.com). Adobe says this is an Eclipse bug. I have tried multiple versions of Eclipse including the June, 2023 version. We are unable to install the Adobe AEM Eclipse Plug-in. I attached a PDF showing screenshots and the steps we have taken.

Adobe says they can't do anything about this because it is an Eclipse error. Can you help me get this installed? Thanks. - JPT
