Splashscreen have titlebar

Wayland is already the default for GNOME desktop and the next Plasma 6 will do the same, so X11 for now is being marked as deprecated and many of its bugs are abandoned and won't be fixed.
Eclipse splash screen shows a titlebar on top of it, see attached image for more info.
