The plugin org.eclipse.papyrus.infra.psf stored into plugins/infra/misc should be removed from the git repository. 

By the past, it was used to do a nice import of projects from a SVN repository with an existing *.psf file. 

For many years, we are on git and we stopped several years ago to create psf file.
