With the bug 581073, we introduce the capabilities to select a renderer for the Property View. 
With the bug 581122, we provide new EEF properties for UML. 

The service org.eclipse.papyrus.views.properties.services.internal.PropertySheetPageProviderService must be documented for the developer with these points: 
- how to call it
- how to contribute a new renderer

This new feature must also be documented for the final user (how to select the wanted renderer). 

In addition, the Papyrus team must think about the usage of the preference page (Papyrus -> Properties View) which is only useful in a XWt context (I think)
