just upgraded from 4.24 to 4.25: restarted, wrong splash screen.
I'm on windows, how can I fix?

This is a long standing issue, I can't find the bug in Platform where this comes from, but when Eclipse restarts, even though it uses the new plug-ins, the splash screen is wrong.

The splash screen should be correct if you close eclipse and start from scratch.
