On the page https://babel.eclipse.org/babel/importing.php there is a link "Click here" with the wrong URL: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug_wizard.cgi
It seems the link should be https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi
