I'm trying to install 2022-09 but after I have started the installer it shows network error:

"The catalog could not be loaded. Please ensure that you have network access." and I cannot do anything. Tried different network proxy settings from the installer but witout luck. 

I have good internet connection and I'm located in Finland.
