Submodel element collection cannot be accessed following the :

http://{host}/aas/submodels/{submodelIdShort}/submodel/submodelElements/{SubModelElementsCollectionName}/{propertyIdShort}/value

The SubModel Elem Coll children are not accessible through the pathway.
Even in the simple access to the SMC, no information are displayed about the elements it is supposed to contain.

The same happens to me. I've reported the bug #580706
