Bug 580356 and 580358 resolved the inconsistencies in regard to Parameter/ParameterVariable and the failure to use consistent references.

A residual inconsistency is that the Transformation properties are implemented in a runtimeContextClass that is not the Transformation EObject in which they are modelled.

Perhaps the Tx implementation should be the large auto-generated class with a distinct name so that the declared name can be a regular Transformatin EObject.
