Created attachment 288369 [details] zipfile of new translations as described in large_contributions. in our rcp applictaion we also support cs,hu,sk,sl as i noticed not even the identical translated strings were translated in these languages i wrote a program that move translations that are identical in english, russian amd german to all places in other languages if a) there is no translation and b) a translation is found in one of these places. mostly stuff like, up, down, next, yes, no and similar. https://www.eclipse.org/babel/development/large_contributions.php says to do it by submitting a bug. copyright of translations: all "new" translations were taken out of babel translations for the same string in other places. places were identified by en_AA, de and ru all having the same babel translation for different keys/places Scripts can be donated (perl) or run for other languages too on request. the zipfile contains only the "new" translations. It would not be a problem to insert or append the translations to the existing content. encoding is "as it was", files were opened binary. Typically unicode escapes are used in babel for eclipse 2021-09, so these are used here too.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it.
