As described in bug 570806, the CDO Minimal Comparison Scope doesn't include UML base elements when only the stereotype applications has changed, so that UML specific EMF Compare specialization are not triggered. 

We propose in the following commit a new EMF Compare MatchEngine specialization extending the default CDO engine in order to systematically include the UML base elements in the Match tree.
