The review IDE settings is the first link in the help page. The first question is "Refresh Resources Automaticallly" which is the default since many years. The question made sense then is was not set, but now I suggest to remove it. Who should like to press F5 to see updates?

Same for "Execute Jobs in Background" which I also changed long ago to run in background. This question also only made sense as long as we did not have this as default.

Also I suggest to add "Use the dark theme or light theme" as first question. A lot of users love / hate these themes.
