Steps to reproduce
1. Preferences > Plug-in Development > Target Platform
2. Select Running Platform (Active) and click Edit... button
3. type alt+p to enable "Expand All" on Edit target Definition dialog

alt+c conflict on "Content" tab and "Collapse All" button (circle in red on screenshot)
