The current implementation always writes the title of the document. With this behavior the title is written twice with the provided IEEE template. I think we must change this behavior, because often the title is embedded in a template file (*.ott) using the title field provided by the metadata of the document. 

So the user must be able to configure a pdst file to define if the title must be written in the document or not : 
- option 1 : we add a boolean property to the DocumentStructureTemplate file in order to indicate if the title must be written in the document or not. 
- option 2 : we create a "main title" in the DocumentStructureTemplate, like for the ToC, we the user want to write the title in the document
