The RCPs do not display SVG shapes, see error message in [1]. Several basic plugins (that should normally present as part of orbit) are missing in the RCP. At least the plugins org.apache.xerces, org.apache.xml.resolve and rg.eclipse.xsd are missing.

Reopening this bug, as it is not specific to the Papyrus for Robotics RCP. missing SVG icons are also an issue of the state-machine diagram in standard Papyrus, see forum https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1109385/
