JSDT source bundles are not being distributed although they are being build:

Example "org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.core.source":
https://ci.eclipse.org/webtools/job/webtools-jsdt_master/1514/artifact/site/target/repository/plugins/org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.core.source_2.0.303.v202007221940.jar was build.

but

https://download.eclipse.org/webtools/CI/3.23.0/20210820084410/repository/plugins/ doesn't provide it.

Other WTP projects provide their source bundles and JSDT also did this a long time ago:
