Graphviz dot.exe missing error

Whenever I navigate to a HWModel or HWStructure, the APP4MC Visulaizations view is open, and I do not have Graphviz dot.exe installed I get the error message (see attached screenshot). This is somewhat annoying, because it pops up every time I select some other hardware element, and then I have to click OK again.

A possible solution would be to just display this message in the APP4MC Visualizations view - this wouldn't block the whole UI.
