 - on a concept level
 - for installation and adminstration needs

Eclipse Floating License Server Administration guide is available at https://eclipse-passage.github.io/passage-docs/ and developed in https://github.com/eclipse-passage/passage-docs in TeX format. 

It contains both insrallation and administration instructions as well as the general descriptions of the floating licensing flow and data.
