It looks like the latest Eclipse release (2021-06) is hitting this issue again: bug 530246.

This looks like a regression to me. You can reproduce this by downloading the latest Eclipse 2021-06, run it with a fresh workspace, open the internal browser, and try to access "http://eclipse.org".

Is this Mac specific? Works for me on Linux / RHEL 7.4.

I was able to open "http://eclipse.org" with Internal browser on Mac Monterey

No, I don't see it anymore either, so looks like this is solved. Any idea what has changed? Did some code changes happened for the internal browser to make this work again?
