Plug-in dependencies should show plug-in name and id. Often we know the plug-in 
more by its id than its display name. The id is also the same as the package 
name that appears in the packages view. Its confusing to have to remember which 
plug-in name goes with which id. Maybe focus on the id and have the name be 
shown as an alternative.

Dependency checkboxes now have plug-in IDs shown as tooltips.
