A WORKAROUND (WA?) / BUG task tag should be default just as TODO and FIXME is. I
cannot fix bugs of libs I use :)

Never heard of this one being part of the standard coding conventions.

I didn't know that you care for Java coding conventions only. I just though this
tag would be useful. But in this case apply to coding conventions and add RESOLVE :)
