Gived this Setup
- project a
  - srcFolder src
    - Class Client (Using SomeUtil)
  - srcFolder shared
    - Class SomeUtil

- project b
  - srcFolder src
    - Class AnotherClient (Using SomeUtil)
  - linked resource shared_from_a pointing to WORKSPACE_LOC/a/shared and beeing source folder

Now when i refactor SomeUtil to SomeUtil2 from
- Client: then AnotherClient will not be updated
- AnotherClient: then Client will not be updated

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
