The EMO has been informed that the project team intends to create its first release (which I believe the team refers to as a "freeze"), and so is initiating this release review on their behalf. 

Note that it is typically the project team's responsibility to initiate the activities related to a review, but in light of the tight time constraints, the EMO will take care of initiation.

Any committer can make changes to the description in that release record. If you feel that changes are required and need assistance, let me know.

I've scheduled the review to conclude on January 20/2021. Following the successful review, the project team can issue an official release.
