<background> If a project in my workspace has API tools enabled and I don't have an API baseline I get an error saying "An API baseline has not been set for the current workspace." If I setup a baseline, and the baseline contains no projects in common with what is in my workspace, I get an error saying "There is a possible API baseline mismatch since none of the workspace projects is in the baseline." <background> However, if I have a single plugin in common between my workspace and my baseline, then there are no warnings or errors. I think that there should be a warning/error option for individual bundles that don't exist in the baseline.
