As reported during the release review for v0.7, the following files are still using EPL-1.0:

sim/src/common/opExport.h
sim/src/common/opMath.h
sim/tests/unitTests/core/slave/modules/World_OSI/Generators/laneGenerator.h
sim/tests/unitTests/core/slave/modules/World_OSI/Generators/laneGeometryElementGenerator.h
sim/tests/unitTests/core/slave/modules/World_OSI/objectLocator_Tests.cpp
sim/tests/unitTests/core/slave/modules/World_OSI/roadNetworkMapper_Tests.cpp

For re-licensing explicit approval is required by the copyright holders of the source code. In this case, HLRS, University of Stuttgart and intech have to approve. 

I will set up a corresponding merge request on Gitlab and add you as reviewer there as well.
