The help message in AnalysisSelectorFilteredItemsSelectionDialog is not different when moving or creating a representation

Steps to validate:
* import the attached testProject
* right-click on the representation -> Move
-> the dialog is opened
* click on ? button
-> You should have: "On this dialog window is presented a list of all the other locations (.aird files) where you can move the representation."
