I tried but I can't. I wiped out this workspace completely and started with a fresh one but that had the same issues.

If I start a new workspace with a couple of new plugins then all is fine. This is all I have for now.

Let me elaborate. 

This workspace has around 50 plugins. I see this error. Then I closed Eclipse, deleted the workspace and created it fresh and reimported all plugins from git. Then the same issue was there.

When Andrey asked me to replay this, I created a new ws with new plugins but with the same target. Then this error did not occur, so I cant recreate for you.

revert of fix to Bug 566489  except the version change.
